This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical knowledge with leadership, planning, and continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing the maintenance team (automation technicians, electricians, and mechanics) Defining and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies Ensuring maximum availability and performance of machinery and facilities Planning and controlling the maintenance budget Coordinating with Production, Operations, and Health & Safety teams Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Monitoring equipment performance and driving continuous improvements Managing external service providers and subcontractors Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports What We're Looking For (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience managing external service providers and subcontractors Knowledge of power substations, photovoltaic systems, HVAC, and Building Management Systems Strong skills in maintenance planning, asset management, and budget control Experience with automation systems (preferred) Solid knowledge of safety standards and regulations Good command of English We OfferBIRKENSTOCK offers you the advantages of a successful, fast-growing, global company: dynamic work environment, considerable design freedom, authentic and open corporate culture, and excellent development opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
