What are you going to do?
Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews;
Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria;
Perform comprehensive testing of software applications, ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements;
Use testing tools, such as Jira Xray or Octane, to manage and report test cases, defects, and overall quality metrics;
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in QA and Scrum methodologies;
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development process;
Provide guidance and support to team members on QA processes and Agile principles.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience;
At least 6 years of professional experience as a QA Analyst and Scrum Master;
Solid knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices;
Experience with software testing techniques and tools, specifically Jira Xray or Octane;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively;
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or any relevant QA certification (valued);
Fluent in both spoken and written English and French - (B2 or above - Mandatory).
