Key Event Management Role
We are a growing event management organization seeking an experienced professional to support business teams with daily use of our core platform and respond quickly to functional questions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support business teams with system usage and respond quickly to inquiries.
* Configure and parameterize the platform according to operational needs.
* Translate business requirements into concrete system settings and workflows.
* Manage system functionalities, including layouts, custom fields, business rules, and permissions.
* Maintain consistency and coherence of configurations across the organization.
* Collaborate with the IT team on technical or structural issues.
* Deliver training sessions and build user competence within the organization.
* Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and the system.
