The Opportunity
We're hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support the implementation of Data Management platforms (e.g., MDM, Data Catalog, Data Platform, etc). You will connect business needs with data solutions: capture and structure requirements, support solution design, validate outcomes, and keep stakeholders aligned in agile deliveries.
What you will do
* Elicit, analyze, and document requirements with client stakeholders (business & IT); maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and assumptions.
* Participate in design workshops and help translate processes and data needs into platform configurations and testable outcomes.
* Support data analysis (basic profiling, mappings, validations) and contribute to testing (functional checks, UAT support, defect follow-up).
* Work in agile (stand-ups, planning, reviews); keep tasks, notes, and risks tidy and current.
* Collaborate closely with senior consultants and technical teams; escalate promptly and communicate clearly with clients.
What you bring
* Strong communication and teamwork, with a structured, problem-solver mindset and attention to detail.
* Solid analytical foundation : you're comfortable reading data models/tables, discussing data quality, and turning business pain points into clear requirements.
* Exposure to software/IT consulting lifecycle (academia or internships count): from requirements through testing and go-live.
* Experience or coursework with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
* English proficiency (written & spoken) to collaborate in an international context.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have (not mandatory)
* Hands-on with data modeling
* Familiarity with Data Management domains (MDM, Data Governance, Catalog, Data Quality) and acceptance criteria definition.
* Comfort engaging in technical conversations (even if you won't code day-to-day).
