Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Cross-Cultural Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, chat, or email.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with smart devices and apps in a clear and helpful manner.
* Escalate complex queries to second-line support when necessary.
* Keep accurate records and notes of each case in the system.
Requirements:
* Fluency in one of the listed languages (Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Estonian, Latvian, or Irish) and solid English communication skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Tech curiosity and confidence using everyday digital tools.
* A positive problem-solving mindset.
* Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic tech environment.
