We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CRM implementation teams. As a CRM Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, building, testing, and maintenance of CRM solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent client interaction and solution delivery
* Review team work across all phases of projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
* Liaise between customers, IT staff, and business partners to resolve customer issues
* Design conceptual architecture and functional or technical solutions for complex technology projects
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
* At least 3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
* Experience managing/leading teams both onshore and offshore
