Do you want to make the difference too?This role as aProcess & Construction Project Managerrequires strong technical understanding ofindustrial processes combined with the ability to coordinate, manage, and deliver construction projects in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.Key Responsibilities: Project & Construction Management Material Procurement: Oversee the acquisition of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications. Manage all project phases: concept, basic and detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil contractors Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards Process & Technical Oversight: Ensure construction solutions align with process requirements, operational efficiency, and future scalability Act as a technical reference for process design and industrial layouts Review and approve technical documents such as P&IDs, layouts, equipment specifications, and construction drawings Support process-related decisions during construction to minimize impact on operations GMP, Quality & Safety: Ensure all project activities comply with GMP requirements and pharmaceutical regulations Collaborate with Quality, Validation, and EHS teams throughout the project lifecycle Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate product information into project models and ensure compatibility. Communication & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between engineering, production, quality, and construction teams Provide regular project updates, schedules, risk assessments, and cost tracking Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar) Proven experience in industrial manufacturing environments, ideally pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or food processing Strong understanding of industrial processes and plant design Demonstrated experience in construction project management within operational facilities Knowledge of GMP environments and regulated industries Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work on-site and coordinate construction activities in live manufacturing environmentsLocation: Seixal (100% on-site)Why Join Us?
