Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and engage diverse teams to ensure alignment and harmonization of change requirements.
* Own the end-to-end change management process for banking transformation initiatives — from assessing impact and stakeholder engagement to communication planning and execution.
* Develop and implement change strategies that ensure successful adoption of regulatory, digital, and operational changes, minimising resistance and maximising business readiness.
* Collaborate closely with business units, compliance, risk, and IT teams to align change activities with banking regulations ( PSD2, Basel, AML ...) and strategic goals.
* Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to tailor interventions that support different business areas effectively.
* Create and manage communication plans, training materials, and feedback loops, ensuring that all levels of the organisation are informed, prepared, and supported.
* Monitor and report on change effectiveness, using KPI s and qualitative feedback to adjust plans and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related fields with a focus on Change Management or Organizational Development.
* 3+ years of experience in change management or continuous improvement roles, ideally in IT or consulting environments.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Strong consultancy, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident, empathetic communicator with the ability to influence diverse teams and senior leaders.
* Proficiency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.
