As a Customer Support you will:
* Support and guide healthcare professionals by phone in using the software – managing both inbound and outbound calls.
* Train clients remotely, ensuring they understand and benefit fully from all service features.
* Handle email requests promptly and provide accurate, solution-oriented responses.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
What do we expect:
* Fluency in French (min. C2 level)
* You live in Braga and you are ready to work in our office

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
* Base salary: 1026 € gross x 12 months (or 880 € gross x 14 months) – you choose the payment schedule
* 40€ project bonus (it is a permanent salary supplement)
* 140€ gross performance bonus/month
* 7,63€ net/day (it's 167,86€ / month) – Meal allowance – issued as a prepaid card
Your average monthly gross salary ranges from€1066 to €1374
