The purpose of the role is to perform the daily Issuing Agent related operations within Euronext Securities Shared Services Team and to contribute to the sustainable development of services based on client inputs and our strategy.
Responsibilities and main tasks
* Executing daily operational tasks, such as reconciliation, capital increases, AGM information.
* Processing of cross border issues and settling stocks and bonds.
* Contributing with your perspectives on how we can optimize processes and write process descriptions.
* Ensuring ongoing due diligence in the form of anti-money laundering and know-your-customer procedures.
* Writing and updating work descriptions and flow charts.
Authority
* Authority to carry out operations and customer assignments in the field of expertise within current procedures and instructions.
* Escalate customer requests and errors that cannot be resolved to relevant Senior Tax Service Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager or Head of Shared Services or that are not handled according to the relevant SLA.
* Escalate issues that may cause a significant risk to the daily operations or key issues that are not prioritized within the teams to the Head of Shared Services and the other relevant Manager(s).
Your profile
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Detail oriented, efficient, dependable and a collaborative team player with a positive "can do" attitude.
* Excellent time management & organizational skills.
* Proven interpersonal and influential communication skills.
* Proficiency in Portuguese and Danish is a plus.
* Prior experience in financial markets / investor services or securities services is a plus.
* Analytical mindset.
* Focus on details combined with seeing the wider perspective.
* Not afraid taking part in open discussions.
Your Education
* A relevant long/higher education.
* A graduate as a financial economist, legal secretary or similar, preferably with work experience from the banking world or the financial sector, where you have had tasks of a relatively complex nature.
* Experience in the securities area.
