Tactical yielding measures are proposed to optimize capacity utilization and ensure fleet concentration. Weekend and special events fleet concentration proposals are tailored to the type of business at station level. Cost management optimization between zones is implemented through trailer solutions over driver-based transport. Fleet movements are optimized to support country projects like Premium Brand and Model Choice, focusing on transfer cost improvements. Fleet movements across stations are optimized based on cost efficiency. Close communication between Operations and the Capacity & Special Vehicles team is essential to anticipate and optimize weekly transfers of special vehicles between zones, instead of using drivers. Support for defleet activities involves organizing with operations to prioritize buyback vehicles for one-way rentals to return centers (Pt Center zone) and avoid external rentals. Centralization efforts aim to support premium brands and model choices.
Team & Communication:
Ensure efficient collaboration with Sales, Fleet, and Operations to develop a revenue and capacity management culture that maximizes revenue growth. Support new projects with a proactive attitude, ensuring system integrity and effective communication.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

* Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Data Warehouse, GW system).
