Accountable for the architecture of the Office IT Infrastructure solutions for all local markets; Accountable to identify trends and technologies, indicating a risk or chance for the strategy of Office IT solutions; The role incorporates transparency of the services and being a qualified interface for technical matters to top-level management and corresponding experts from Office IT, Cyber Security, Data Center, and HR; Accountable for ensuring that customer requirements are understood and able to give advice and provide consultancy to both internally and externally stakeholders, so that the goals with respect to quality, efficiency and costs are consistently achieved; End-to-end accountable for the entire lifecycle of the chosen products and accountable for adjusting and changing the services architecture according to new business or cost optimization requirements, whilst ensuring consistent service delivery to all local markets; Delivers strategy and technology reports; Creates architectural roadmaps; Defines the lifecycle for the chosen product. Strong communication and presentation skills across functional and cultural boundaries; Strong knowledge about Infrastructure Services (e.g. network, server services, Microsoft Active Directory, Cloud services); Microsoft Certified (such as Identity and Access Administrator Associate); Strong Microsoft, server hardware and network background is required; International experience in service and project management that operates in a complex business environment; Fluency in English.
