Overview
As part of our Treasury team, you will play a key role in managing our day-to-day cash operations and ensuring liquidity across our global entities. Your focus will be on maintaining a reliable, efficient, and scalable cash infrastructure that supports the business in its daily activities and long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Cash management & liquidity planning: Monitor daily cash positions, ensure sufficient funding across all accounts, and coordinate short-term liquidity planning.
- Payment operations: Manage daily payment runs, support local and international payment processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Bank account and relationship management: Support the opening and maintenance of bank accounts, ensure smooth onboarding with new banking partners, and handle ongoing operational communication with banks.
- Intercompany cash coordination: Assist in internal cash movements, including funding requests, intercompany settlements, and cash pooling where applicable.
- Support financial controls: Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment approvals and bank reconciliations, and help implement process improvements to enhance control and efficiency.
- Reporting and documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on processes, bank details, and authorizations, and support the preparation of regular cash reports.
- Assist with broader Treasury topics: Contribute to projects involving FX execution, policy implementation, and system enhancements as needed.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cash management, banking operations, or Treasury is a strong plus.
- Solid Excel skills and confidence working with data (experience with ERP or TMS systems is a plus).
- Attention to detail, structured working style, and reliability under pressure.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and banks.
- Fluent in English.
