Recruiter - EMEA Talent Acquisition (Fixed-Term Contract)

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a major role in the EMEA Talent Acquisition team and develop strategies to hire exceptionally talented individuals. The role involves providing Hiring Managers and candidates with high-touch, compelling experiences during the recruitment and hiring process. Our recruiters play an essential role in fueling the company's growth with extraordinary talent, acting as talent consultants to our business leaders.
We are currently looking for a Talent Advisor to help shape and execute our hiring strategy for Sales in EMEA specifically.
What You'll Do :
* Work directly with managers and leaders in EMEA handling sales roles including Account Managers, Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Regional Sales Directors.
* Source passive candidates, evaluate, and close them.
* Provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
* Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during interviews and conduct interviews efficiently and professionally.
* Drive the offer process, including salary recommendations, negotiations, and closing candidates.
* Provide an extraordinary candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
* Lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers and teams, developing comprehensive search strategies.
* Establish and manage a schedule of regular updates to hiring managers.
Who You Are :
* Experience with sales recruitment, preferably in the IT industry, with knowledge in areas such as Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, Networking, etc.
* Strong sourcing experience using social media and databases.
* Proven ability to contribute positively in a high-paced, dynamic environment, with effective task prioritization and management.
* Experience in full lifecycle recruitment, including offer creation, negotiation, and closing.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross-functional, and global organization.
* Capability to deliver results with minimal supervision, managing multiple searches and candidates.
* Sound judgment in assessing candidates' qualifications against the position requirements.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to build credibility and trust.
* Fluency in English.
