Your mission will be…
* Execution of tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens BeNeLux, such as:
* Data and employee lifecycle event management related to internal or external employees (from onboarding to termination);
* Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager);
* Travel & Expenses audits and user support;
* Front-office HR support to customers (mail & phone).
We are looking for someone with…
* University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
* Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
* Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
* Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus);
* Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
* Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills;
* Motivation and resilience;
* Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation;
* Capability to work in an Agile environment.
