Noesis is looking for an application Security Delivery Manager with the following profile: ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the delivery of application security activities, including security assessments, penetration testing follow‐ups, vulnerability remediation tracking, secure SDLC initiatives, and security control implementation. Work closely with the Tech Lead and security specialists to prioritize, assign, and monitor team activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, risk exposure, and delivery timelines. Manage and maintain delivery tracking using JIRA, Kanban boards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms, ensuring accurate visibility of workload, progress, blockers, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate regular communication between Application Security, development teams, infrastructure teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on objectives, deadlines, and expected outcomes. Track vulnerabilities, findings, and remediation actions across applications, ensuring ownership, prioritization, escalation, and closure within agreed timelines. Support the planning and coordination of security testing activities, including internal assessments, external penetration tests, code reviews, threat‐modeling sessions, and compliance‐driven security reviews. Act as a liaison between cybersecurity teams and technology stakeholders, translating technical security topics into clear delivery updates, risks, actions, and decisions. Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, escalating where appropriate and driving practical solutions to maintain progress. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of team processes, workflows, documentation, reporting standards, and operational routines. Support the definition and tracking of security delivery metrics, including remediation SLAs, backlog status, testing coverage, recurring findings, and delivery performance. Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. Maintain a strong understanding of IT, cybersecurity, and application security concepts to effectively communicate with technical and non‐technical stakeholders. ProfileProfessional experience in a delivery coordination, project management, service management, or team coordination role within an IT, cybersecurity, or application security environment. Strong experience with JIRA, Kanban boards, dashboards, backlog management, task tracking, and delivery reporting. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on actions, and maintain structure in a fast‐moving environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to extract relevant information from technical teams and present clear, concise updates to stakeholders. Ability to understand technical topics and translate them into delivery plans, risks, decisions, and business‐relevant messages. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely execution. Proactive, assertive, and solutions‐oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive actions to completion. Ability to work effectively with cross‐functional teams, including security engineers, developers, infrastructure teams, product owners, and management.
