Job Summary:
* The role of the Quality Assurance Specialist is to serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns. This professional works closely with operations, engineering, and the quality team to ensure problem resolution, product compliance, and deliver enhanced customer satisfaction.
Critical Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely updates and resolutions on quality topics via effective communication with customers.
2. Lead structured root cause investigations for customer complaints using recognized problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) and internal nonconformances. Implement corrective actions that are defined, implemented verified for closure.
3. Analyze complex data sets identifying root causes of quality issues implementing preventive measures accordingly. Support management change processes from a quality perspective ensuring regulatory compliance.
4. Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams addressing product challenges maintaining compliance standards prevalent within regulated environments: ISO 9001 BRCGS ISO 13485).
