Job Description:
We are now looking for a Process Quality and Data Support for Airbus GBS.
Responsibilities - your mission:
1. Ensure consistent application of process management guidelines in line with EN9100 standard.
2. Ensure process referential (Competences, Resource Models, Documentation Plan, Process networks, Deployment Areas) is up to date, managed and continuously improved.
3. Support proactively the Process Management Team(s) to manage the process referential and continuously improve the Process maturity.
4. Ensure that any process change received is well addressed by checking the consistency of the process changes and their associated impacts.
5. Collaborate with local and central Process Management Team(s) to improve Airbus Business Process management.
6. Assure Process adherence implementation and effectiveness by controlling the progress and adherence results collection.
7. Assure quality of Process deliverables and Process Surveillance Plan.
8. Prepare Process Maturity assessments by ensuring that all the process maturity criteria are fulfilled by the process(es).
9. Monitor action plan follow-up, Risks and Opportunities.
10. Ensure Best Practices and Lessons Learnt integration in our ways of working.
11. Ensure systemic root cause analysis on our top irritants by applying quality management methods e.g. PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, …
12. Contribute to effective process implementation (e.g. communications, awareness, documents, Tools, …).
13. Consulting for different QMD sub organizations on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear 'User Stories' or tasks).
14. Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc.).
15. Establish connection between the Data Analytics and Performance Management system to allow activity prioritization according to the top management requirements.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
1. A diploma/master's degree in the field of aerospace engineering, quality management or a comparable qualification acquired in another way.
2. Professional experience in quality management.
3. Knowledgeable on Quality management methods e.g. PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, Lesson Learned and Benchmarking etc.
4. Good communication and customer-oriented skills.
5. Analytical and systemic mind-set.
6. Reliable, resilient and assertive.
7. Accurate work ethic.
8. Business fluent English (French desirable).
9. Experience in MS Office.
10. Excellent Knowledge/ Skills in G Suite.
11. Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository).
12. Ability to solve problems and seek root causes through data.
13. Programming skills in Python/Pyspark, R, JAVA or equivalent.
14. Experience with data management.
