Lead Public-Sector Partnership Manager

The Senior Account Manager/Bid Manager/Project Manager will lead public-sector partnerships and manage end-to-end tender processes in our B2G efforts. They will identify tender opportunities, drive bid submissions, and oversee contract implementation to grow our public-sector presence in their market.


About The Role

The overall objective for the Senior Account Manager/Bid Manager & Project Leader is to be a key player in building new market segments and developing business towards public customers.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Manage the tender process towards public customers.
* Write tenders.
* Act as the main contact towards public customers.
* Analyze customer feedback and data to initiate improvements within ongoing contracts.
* Be responsible for contracts, including price adjustments and operational excellence.
* Act as a project manager (contract manager) when implementing new contracts to secure compliance with requirements.

They will work closely with multiple departments (Operations, Public Policy, Product, etc) to prepare our offer and submit a winning tender.


Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Public Sector Consulting, with a track record of managing government relationships.
* Hands-on experience managing and executing public contracts and the overall bid process from identifying opportunities and coordinating bid submissions to ensuring compliance and contract execution.
* Strong strategy, operational, and financial skills, with experience managing budgets, structuring offers, and delivering results in regulated environments.
* Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, and Finance to drive complex projects from planning through execution in public-sector settings.
* Preferred background in transport, infrastructure, consulting, or other regulated industries.
* Fluent local language and English speaking skills.
