You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence. High targets regarding quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement will be part of your responsibilities. What You Will Do In This Role Verify that transport operators treat all passengers according to their rights. Understand the customer's unique situation and manage the treatment and follow-up of their legal claims. Manage legal claims with various actors including lawyers, legal officers and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claim foundations. Your Qualifications High level of Italian (C1) and a good level of English (B2). Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus. Proactive, self-motivated and a great team player.
