Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Technical Proficiency:
Solid knowledge of programming languages and frameworks (e.g.,
JAVA, C#, .NET, Angular
, etc.).
Analytical Mindset:
Strong ability to analyze complex requirements and define advanced technical/functional solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and relevant non-technical parties.
Cross-functional Experience:
Strong commercial awareness and experience working with specialized teams such as Security, Finance, and Internal Audit.
Agile Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.
Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory
(English is a strong plus).

Project Leadership:
Lead development opportunities and projects in close collaboration with business users and the IT department.
Solution Design:
Analyze, design, and implement robust technological solutions.
Architecture & Security:
Design and develop modules covering key aspects of architecture, migration, and security.
Quality Assurance:
Help maintain the quality and organization of the platform's code and data.
