We are seeking a skilled and experienced PHP Symfony developer to join our team.
Job Description
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions using PHP and the Symfony framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 4–6 years of professional experience in PHP development with at least 2 years focused on Symfony.
* Strong expertise in PHP (7.x/8.x) and the Symfony framework (v4+ preferred).
* Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
* Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Knowledge of modern PHP standards and best practices, including PSR standards.
* Familiarity with Composer and dependency management.
* Experience with templating engines such as Twig.
* Proficiency in writing tests using PHPUnit or similar frameworks.
* Experience with debugging and profiling tools for PHP (e.g., Xdebug).
* Hands-on experience with Git and Git-based workflows.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
