This role will be responsible for Perform customer service; Assist at distribution of tasks through all room staff; Verify service room mise-en-place; Daily transmit service specifications; Receive and direct clients to their tables; Advise customer on what to choose from the menu; Managing the schedules, shifts and vacations of the room staff; Manage all team issues;Other responsibilities associated with the role.About youPrevious experience in similar roles in luxury environments; Excellent team management skills; Deep focus on customer service and service standards; Excellent communication skills and empathy; Fluent in English (otherlanguages will be a plus).
