This role will be responsible for
Perform customer service;
Assist atdistribution of tasks through all room staff;
Verify service roommise-en-place;
Daily transmit service specifications;
Receive and direct clients to their tables;
Advise customeron what to choose from the menu;
Managing the schedules, shifts and vacations of the room staff;
Manage all teamissues;
Other responsibilities associated with the role.
About you
Previous experience in similar roles in luxury environments;
Excellentteam management skills;
Deep focus on customer service and service standards;
Excellentcommunication skills and empathy;
Fluent inEnglish (other languages will be a plus).
