We are currently seeking a Software Development Analyst to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Responsibilities:
1. Perform L1.5 activities such as monitoring, deployment, rollback.
2. Monitor the efficiency of Azure cloud systems to prevent outages and initiate Incident Management in case of outages.
3. Troubleshoot Azure resources and escalate issues to Level 3 (soft dev team).
Qualifications:
* Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud, ideally Azure Fundamentals certified or a degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Management.
* Familiarity with PaaS and IaaS components such as VMs, Storage, EventHub, Service Fabric Cluster, Azure Kubernetes Service, CosmosDB, SQL Server, IoT Hub, Databricks, KeyVault, Datalake.
* Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts.
* Experience with tools like Octopus, Bamboo, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Github, Ansible.
* Understanding container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
* Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases.
* Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems like LogAnalytics, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Nagios, Zabbix.
* Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
