Interviews: (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager, and other colleagues related to your future role.
We will discuss your experience, skills, the position, and expectations.

Case study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to take a test, such as a role play, technical assessment, or problem-solving scenario.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? Use modeling tools and analysis to identify business IT needs.Handle multiple systems to deliver business objectives.Create IT project plans.Manage stakeholder relationships.Assist with software integration.Train staff on new processes, software, and systems.WHAT WE WANT Master's degree in Information Systems and/or Computer Science.At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.Ability to collect, analyze, and prioritize requests, anticipating potential issues.Regularly follow up on project statuses for sponsors and leaders.Experience with SQL and Office tools.Experience with UML and creating user stories.Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence.Ensure functional testing of your areas of responsibility.Fluent in English.WHY US?
