Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Application Support specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications running in production environments.
* Monitor application performance and availability using Dynatrace, including alert tuning and anomaly detection.
* Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement long-term corrective actions.
* Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux-based systems, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
* Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications.
* Maintain and improve scripts (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation of support tasks.
* Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (C1 level)
