You'll create and ship social content consistently, support paid social execution, and use analytics to improve what we publish.
You'll collaborate closely with our design, content, and marketing teams, and you'll be comfortable presenting insights internally and externally.

/b /liliBuild and maintain a content pipeline: monthly themes, weekly plans, daily execution, and rapid-turnaround content when needed.
/lilibDrive measurable results from the assets you create.
/b Engagement for Organic posts and conversions of ad creatives.
/liliRepurpose long-form assets (blogs, case studies, webinars, podcasts) into high-performing social content.
/liliExecute and optimize organic social publishing for client accounts: planning, scheduling, community-minded posting, and iteration based on performance.
/liliEnsure each account follows clear brand guidelines (tone, voice, visuals) and platform best practices.
/liliCollaborate with design and content teams to brief assets, refine creative direction, and ensure deadlines are met.
