Project Manager – CEO Support (Brazilian Market Expert) Location: LACS, Cascais (Portugal) Employment Type: Onsite (2 remote days/week after 6-month probation) Contract Type: 12-month contract with potential for renewal Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Project Manager to work directly with the CEO in leading high-impact initiatives, particularly focused on the Brazilian market. You will play a critical role in shaping company strategy, driving project execution, and ensuring full regulatory compliance — all in an innovative and fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate at an executive level while helping to scale operations in one of the clients most important regions. Key Responsibilities Design and manage project roadmaps from initial concept through to successful delivery Oversee implementation timelines, budgets, resources, and quality control Conduct detailed market analysis and feasibility studies Evaluate risks and regulatory constraints for new and existing initiatives Identify and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders Support vendor selection and contract negotiations Ensure projects align with Brazilian laws, permits, and best business practices Stay informed of changes in legislation affecting our operations Provide market insights to support growth and expansion in Brazil Identify new opportunities and trends in Brazilian industries, especially in agrobusiness and natural products Coordinate across internal teams and external partners Act as a liaison between the CEO and various project stakeholders Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field 5–8 years of experience in project management or business strategy Deep understanding of Brazilian market operations, regulatory frameworks, and business environment Proven track record of delivering high-stakes, cross-functional projects Desired Skills Fluency in Portuguese and English Strong planning, research, and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with executive leadership Comfortable navigating complex legal and compliance issues Compensation & Benefits Salary: €25,000–€30,000 (gross) Health Insurance Relocation Package to Portugal: Negotiable
