We are recruiting 1 Application Production Support for Cash Equities Execution APS

Main Tasks
* Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance
* Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues.
* Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.
* Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.
* Manage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.
Technical Skills:
* Core Unix/Linux skills
* Knowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP
* Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl for scripting, any other programming language, e.g. C, C++, Java)
* Basic SQL knowledge
* Application support experience (for more senior profiles)
* SLog management: Splunk, ELK, Gray log, Loki
* Network monitoring: Corvil
* Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/Maria DB, KDB/q
* Messaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka
* Observability and monitoring: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana
* Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
