Recognised for its exceptionalfinancial stability, advancedrisk‐management expertise, and its ability to cover highly complex risks, this organization employsover 43,000 people worldwide .Role Overview The LMS Administrator will oversee the administration and continuous optimization of the company'sLearning Platform, primarily working withSAP SuccessFactors LearningandServiceNow .This role isfully remote, requiresadvanced English, and prioritizes candidates with experience inE‐Learningcontent, standards, or digital learning ecosystems.Key Responsibilities Learning Platform Administration (SuccessFactors LMS) Manage daily administration ofSAP SuccessFactors Learning : user setup, roles, permissions, catalogs, domains, assignment profiles. Configure and maintain Items, Classes, Curricula, Programs and Learning Paths. Upload, test and troubleshootSCORM / AICC / xAPIcontent. Manage sessions, registrations, waitlists, instructor‐led training configurations and approval workflows. Ensure data integrity through periodic audits, mass updates and quality checks. Oversee compliance learning, recurring mandatory training, and audit‐ready reporting. Service & Support (ServiceNow) Handle incoming support tickets viaServiceNow, ensuring they are resolved within SLA. Triage platform issues (access, content, assignment, completions) and escalate when required. Document recurring issues, maintain internal guides and contribute to the L&D knowledge base. Reporting & Learning Analytics Create and maintain reports and dashboards related to compliance, completions and L&D KPIs. Provide insights to support audits, business reviews, and regulatory requirements. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with global L&D, HR, IT and content creation teams. Support testing and rollout of SuccessFactors bi‐annual updates. Propose improvements for user experience, learning workflows and automation. Contribute to internal digital‐learning strategy through E‐Learning expertise.Required Skills Hands‐on experience withSAP SuccessFactors Learning. Experience withServiceNow(ticketing, incident management). Advanced English(daily communication with global teams). Ttroubleshooting, analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently in aremote environment .Preferred Skills Experience designing or managing E‐Learning content. Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate).
