We are looking for a motivated
Junior SAP Technician
to join our team and support material master data activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with a business or supply chain background to gain hands-on SAP experience and develop expertise in data management and process coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process material master data requests, ensuring information is complete and well-documented.
* Check and confirm basic details such as references, specifications, and supporting information.
* Flag missing, unclear, or incorrect information to ensure accuracy before approval.
* Work with colleagues from procurement, supply chain, and quality to resolve open questions.
* Support the correct setup of material codes so they work effectively across purchasing, stock, and compliance processes.
* Assist in improving data handling and record-keeping procedures within SAP.
Qualifications:
* Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field.
* Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage, but training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.
Location:
Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite).
