Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Role Architecting: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and profiles across multiple job families Talent Attraction: Create and post engaging job advertisements, implementing diverse sourcing strategies Selection Matching: Conduct candidate preselection in our Applicant Tracking System based on hiring manager input Contracting Support: Perform administrative processing of contracting topics Community Engagement: Support student-oriented events, building networks, and fostering connections across locations Your Profile Education: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or an equivalent field Interests: Interest in Talent Attraction topics, with a focus on emerging talent, and connecting with people Working Style: Organized, communicative, and attentive to details Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory), written and spoken.
