In this role, you won't just process transactions; you will be a strategicguardian of financial integrity, ensuring our global supply chain operates with maximum efficiency and compliance. Your Impact & Responsibilities
As a Senior member of the team, you will drive the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flow through three main pillars:
1. Operational Excellence & Compliance
* Master the Flow: Monitor and process multi-channel invoice flows, ensuring timely payments that respect both internal directives and external regulations.
* Financial Integrity: Act as the "guardian of the temple" regarding compliance and internal controls, remaining alert to fraud and ensuring all procedures are strictly followed.
* Complex Problem Solving: Investigate payment issues, perform Vendor Statement Reconciliations (VSRs), and resolve litigation or high-level discrepancies.
2. Strategic Relationship Management
* Stakeholder Synergy: Build and sustain robust relationships with internal customers and global suppliers.
* Advisory Role: Act as a department liaison between Finance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to promote adherence to standard business rules and policies.
3. Continuous Improvement
* Innovate: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize the daily P2P process.
* Global Projects: Actively participate in trans-functional and international projects, supporting the rollout of new digital tools and SAP enhancements.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a rigorous, analytical professional who thrives in high-volume, international environments.
* Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid experience in Finance & Accounting (specifically AP).
* Languages: Advanced English is essential (ability to interact fluently with native speakers). Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a strong advantage.
* Technical Savvy: Working knowledge of SAP is highly desirable. You should have a proven ability to handle high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy (98%+).
* Mindset: You are a service-oriented troubleshooter who can work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
* Efficiency: Ability to manage a fast-paced workflow (avg. 80+ invoices daily) with an uncompromising eye for detail.
