Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Address customer inquiries regarding subscription services, billing, and account management.
* Resolve issues and provide effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
* Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our services and improve your support skills.

Requirements
* Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
