* Welcome guests and assign rooms/apartments
* Handle check-ins and check-outs
* Provide guests with requested information and services
* Perform customer invoicing
* Manage customer complaints and issues
* Support during events and brand experience strategies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
* Advanced level of English
* Other languages will be valued
* Multi-tasking and organisational capability
