Job Description
The Regional Director of IT will oversee daily operations and manage all IT functions across hotels, including business systems, computer networks, security infrastructure, and telephony.
* Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems.
* Provide expert support for system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
* Oversee existing system improvements and integrate new solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate vendors for guest internet, PMS, POS, ERP, IPTV, Wi-Fi, and telephony services.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure high availability and performance.
* Configure, maintain, and monitor networks and systems for optimal functionality.
* 5-8 years of experience as an IT Director with hands-on expertise.
* Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science or a related field is required.
* EU citizenship or possession is mandatory.
