About The Role
* We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Leader to drive our next chapter from our Portugal office.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a team of international infrastructure architects (France/Portugal).
* Design and evolve cloud infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.
* Drive innovation across cloud platforms and architecture practices.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, DevOps, developers, and security teams.
Leadership & Team Management
* Mentor and develop your team members.
* Support hiring, onboarding, and career growth.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Actively contribute to strategic discussions with senior leadership.
Architecture & Delivery
* Translate business needs into scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
* Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs.
* Structure functional and non-functional requirements.
* Identify possible scenarios regarding the as-is and to-be.
* Propose solutions and recommendations of the trajectory.
* Ensure operational excellence, performance, and cost-efficiency.
* Support the operations team in analyzing and resolving incidents.
Service Ownership & Documentation
* Define and maintain service roadmaps.
* Ensure up-to-date documentation and knowledge sharing.
* Introduce new services based on evolving needs.
