Project Overview
We are seeking a Senior C# Developer to join an international
development team responsible for enhancing the application's UI and
implementing a new server-side backend.
The role involves handling and aggregating large data volumes, optimizing
performance, and ensuring a smooth, responsive user interface.
Responsibilities
·
Develop, maintain, and enhance existing features
while addressing defects and ensuring code
quality standards are consistently met.
·
Participate actively in Sprint Planning and all Agile ceremonies.
·
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, and Production Support.
·
Provide regular progress updates and proactively
escalate risks or issues to management.
·
Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams
throughout the development lifecycle.
·
Provide L3
production support and maintain non-production environments for
regression and functional testing.
Technical & Behavioral
Competencies
·
7+
years of experience in software development using .NET / C#.
·
Strong expertise with the Microsoft .NET Framework.
·
Proven experience in UI performance optimization
and UI test automation.
·
Hands-on experience with profiling tools for
optimizing memory and CPU usage.
·
Ability and curiosity to understand complex business domains.
·
Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
·
Fluent
in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
