The role focuses on bengineering leadership, manufacturing processes, quality, compliance, and customer interaction /b, playing a key role in the success of long-term aerospace programs.
/ppbReporting line: /b Head of Aerospace Business Development /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliLead the bindustrialization and manufacturing process /b of new aerospace parts in close collaboration with Project Sales Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, including process mapping, tooling, special processes, and assembly in line with customer requirements.
/liliDevelop and maintain a bcomprehensive technical library /b covering company materials, special processes, customer standards, industry norms, and manufacturing and assembly methods.
/liliReview design specifications, special product requirements, and customer configurations; develop btechnical manuals and Quality Plans /b aligned with aerospace standards, safety regulations, and certification requirements, internally and jointly with Customer Engineering.
/liliDrive engineering activities related to blong-term contracts and qualification processes /b.
/liliLead brisk management and failure mode risk analysis /b within manufacturing processes.
/liliSupport broot-cause analysis and corrective actions /b for quality issues (8D, FMEA, etc.).
/liliStay up to date with baerospace technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes /b.
/li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skills Experience /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
/lili5+ years of experience in bmetalworking, aerospace manufacturing, or precision components industries /b.
/liliStrong knowledge of baerospace materials /b and their mechanical properties (aluminum alloys, titanium, steel, composites).
/liliUnderstanding of bspecial processes /b (surface treatments, heat treatment, NDT, coatings), preferably with hands-on experience.
/liliFamiliarity with baerostructure components, GDT, and engineering drawings / 3D models /b.
/liliStrong background in bmanufacturing engineering, DFM/DFA, and process optimization /b.
/liliExperience with bCAD/CAM software and PLM systems /b (CATIA, Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.).
/liliAbility to interpret and apply bOEM / airframer specifications /b (Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, etc.).
/liliAbility to translate bcomplex technical information /b into clear and structured guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
/liliProven experience leading bengineering processes and industrialization activities /b.
