About The Job
* The Business Analyst's mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams and Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements.
* Collect and analyze new needs arising from market changes, internal projects, client requests, or user requests for system enhancements, proposing and documenting optimal solutions to meet expectations, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Your Main Activities Are
* Understand and analyze needs from the Business or market changes, propose sustainable solutions aligned with the strategic plan, and convert them into detailed requirements.
* Involve all relevant stakeholders in defining and validating new requirements, assessing potential impacts.
* Ensure the implementation of new features and changes in the Production environment.
* Follow the go-live process, compare impacts with expectations, and propose adjustments if needed.
Profile And Skills To Success
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* Up to 4 years of professional experience in IT.
* Fluent in English, verbal and written.
* Team player with collaborative skills.
* Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
* Strong analytical skills.
