Senior Product Manager
As a senior product manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive business growth through effective client management and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Product Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps that align with market needs and company objectives.
* Client and Market Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and market demands, and engaging with the market through research and feedback to guide product direction.
* Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with project management, sales, design, and development teams to bring products to life, ensuring clear communication of the product vision and alignment towards common goals.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including market analysis, positioning, defining unique selling propositions, and post-launch product evaluation.
* Negotiation and Scope Definition: Handle negotiations regarding product scope, terms with clients, and adjustments based on market feedback and strategic priorities.
Requirements include approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles, clear and effective communication skills, proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and great collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and internal teams. A passion for innovation, with a solid understanding of web application technologies and product lifecycles, is also required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in agile environments and methodologies, experience as a facilitator between stakeholders and delivery teams, and flexibility to identify potential opportunities and product gaps.
