Agile Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to lead the delivery of IT-focused projects over a 12-month engagement.

Based in Portugal, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with UK-based stakeholders, with occasional travel to the UK (fully expensed).

Key Responsibilities:">
Drive agile project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
">
Facilitate key agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
">
Serve as the main point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders.
">
Remove blockers and support the team in achieving sprint goals and delivering business value.
">
Monitor delivery progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
">
Provide clear and regular status updates and delivery reporting to senior stakeholders.
">
Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:">
Proven experience in a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager role within IT projects.
">
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
">
Experience leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
">
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
">
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
