Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
* Support the drafting of local agreements under the Master Agreement, working closely with Legal Counsels.
* Advise and train teams on contractual and administrative requirements to increase compliance and drive profitability through correct contract use.
* Prepare and present contract training across the account.
* Implement contractual governance, change control procedures, and maintain accurate historical and administrative logs.
* Draft contractual caveats and provide recommendations after assessing risks to precede changes and deviations from agreed terms.
* Ensure the right approval channel for contractual changes based on internal delegations and change control procedures.
* Participate in Governance meetings with clients and central account teams when relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure consistency with contract management tools (Excel trackers, EQMS, etc.) and procedures already developed for other global accounts.
2. Ensure contracts and contractual deliverables are in place.
3. Ensure compliance to Group/Global Client Contracts DOAs and contractual governance.
4. Report and monitor contract compliance.
5. Regularly coordinate with regional and country teams regarding the preparation, completion, and sign-off of change control documents.
6. Participate in risk assessments, working closely with Subject Matter Experts at Account and Group levels, followed by concrete preventive and corrective actions.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years overall contract management and legal experience in commercial contracts in the English language and in a multi-jurisdictional environment, drafting amendments and following up on contractual changes.
* Knowledge of services agreements and experience in the Facility Management Industry is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize work and deliver under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player.
* Autonomous.
* Strongly organized, with the ability to prioritize work.
* Ability to advise on contractual requirements and support business in achieving compliance.
* Professional use of English.
* Previous international experience.
* Capabilities to grow into complex legal drafting.
* Other languages would be advantageous.
