Your mission is to design visual assets (Icons, Banners, Screenshots) that not only reflect our \"minimal and ethereal\" brand but also maximize conversion rates on the App Store and Google Play. You will experiment with different visual hooks to capture players' attention in a split second.ResponsibilitiesASO Visual Strategy:Develop and iterate on Store Assets (Icons, Feature Banners, and Screenshots) to improve Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR). Creative Testing:Produce multiple variations of assets for A/B testing (Google Play Experiments / Apple CPPs) to identify what resonates best with our global audience. Art & Performance Balance:Blend traditional game aesthetics with modern, tactile textures, ensuring consistency with the \"Classic & Modern\" style of Infinity Games. Store Compliance:Master the technical specifications and \"safe zones\" for all mobile platforms to ensure perfect visibility on any device. Visual Storytelling for Conversion:Create cinematic screenshots and banners that highlight gameplay features and psychological triggers like \"stress relief\" or \"brain challenge.\" Collaboration:Work closely with the Marketing and UA teams to align art production with store optimization goals.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higherin Graphic Design or related field. Fully Remote Ready:Proven ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively in a 100% remote environment. Advanced Photoshop Skills:Mastery of PSD structures for fast iteration and asset management. ASO Knowledge:Solid understanding of how visual elements impact mobile store performance (visual hierarchy, readability of captions, focal points). Data-Informed Design:Willingness to iterate on designs based on performance data and test results. English Proficiency:Good written and spoken communication skills.
