We are recruiting a Security Operations Specialist (SIEM) to join an international technology project within the financial services (Permanent Recruitment) .
This role is focused on the operation and maintenance of a large-scale SIEM environment, supporting security monitoring and logging across multiple European markets.
Key responsibilities:
Operate and maintain a SIEM platform (IBM QRadar or similar)
Monitor and manage a high volume of log sources, ensuring data quality and availability
Integrate new log sources and troubleshoot operational issues
Support Linux-based systems and centralized logging services
Develop basic automation scripts (Python, Bash or Perl)
Participate in on-call rotations
Key requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Security Operations / SIEM
Hands-on experience with IBM QRadar or equivalent SIEM tools
Good knowledge of Linux and scripting
Professional English skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously
