• Operational Management: Ensure the daily and efficient operation of the café, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
• Team Coordination: Organize and supervise the work team, distributing tasks and fostering a cooperative and motivated environment.
• Excellence in Customer Service: Implement practices that offer a high-level customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Quality Control and Procedures: Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, keeping the café in accordance with regulations.
• Performance Indicators Analysis: Monitor and interpret café performance indicators to identify improvement areas, optimize processes, and implement strategies that drive business results.
Bring with you:
• Affinity with the Restaurant and Café Sector: A passion and genuine interest in the restaurant sector and public interaction.
• Previous Experience: Experience in team management and café operations is valued.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate and motivate the team with a strong focus on results and quality.
• Proficiency in Office Tools and Winrest: Experience with these tools is an advantage for efficient operational management and record-keeping.
• Minimum Education: Completed 12th grade.
