For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of proven experience in Golang development, including experience building scalable and concurrent applications
Strong understanding of Go core concepts (routines, channels, interfaces, memory management)
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with a DevOps-oriented mindset
Experience with Kafka and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools, with a focus on deploying and managing microservices architectures
Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Proficiency in Portuguese and English (minimum C1 level)
Fluency in French is a great plus
Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Porto or Lisbon offices (requires availability to relocate to Portugal)
