Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications;
3. Create and maintain detailed functional documentation;
4. Develop test cases and perform functional testing;
5. Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions;
6. Support end-users during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase;
7. Provide ongoing support and training to users;
8. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on functional aspects;
9. Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions;
10. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector;
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
5. EU citizenship or a Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residency;
6. Availability to work from the office twice a week.
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps;
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ISTQB, or CBAP;
* Experience with Agile methodologies;
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
