About This Role
This is a Business Analyst opportunity to work in a remote-first environment, delivering scalable and tech-driven solutions for customer interactions.
Gather, document, and validate requirements to turn them into clear process flows, user stories, and functional specifications. Map, analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and pain points while supporting new client onboardings and broader transformation initiatives.
* Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Map, analyse, and maintain business processes, workflows, and any other relevant material.
* Continuously analyse pain points to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives.
* Support new client onboardings, internal projects, internal teams, and broader initiatives to ensure smooth delivery of business solutions.
* Produce reports summarising business analysis findings, outcomes, and final project wrap-up activities.
* Drive consistency and efficiency in how requirements are captured, documented, and communicated.
* Collaborate closely with the Transformation Manager and business leaders to maintain visibility and alignment across initiatives.
* Promote consistency in documentation, reporting, and analysis practices.
* Support testing and validation for new processes and system enhancements.
* Contribute to defining and improving BA best practices across the organisation.
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* 2–3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
* Experience in technology, SaaS, or CX-focused organisations desirable.
* Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques and business process modeling.
* Proficiency with analysis and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Visio, PowerBI).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
* Biz Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) desirable.
* Strong communication to effectively communicate across the business and with technical teams.
* Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
* Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
* Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
* Comfortable mapping and analysing business processes, workflows, and identifying pain points for improvement.
* Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to contribute to shaping BA best practices.
