A prestigious company is looking to strengthen its team by hiring an Investor Onboarding Specialist (m/f/d) for its Porto office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for clients and investors.
* Maintain active communication with agents and investors to clarify questions and ensure compliance with requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams to optimize integration processes.
* Prepare, verify, and manage the necessary documentation for client onboarding and compliance.
* Provide continuous client support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Implement improvements in onboarding processes and client communication.
* Monitor compliance and applicable regulations related to investor onboarding.
* Provide administrative and operational support to customer service and compliance teams.
* Manage relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Higher education in Management, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, investor support, or related areas.
* High proficiency in English (mandatory).
* Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes (valued).
* Advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel and CRMs.
